Ceenor is committed to ensuring ceenor.com is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We target Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the entire site.
What we support
- Screen readers: tested with NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS, iOS).
- Keyboard navigation: all interactive elements are reachable via Tab. Focus states are visible.
- Color contrast: body text meets 4.5:1 ratio against background. Headings meet 3:1.
- Alt text: all product and lifestyle images have descriptive alt attributes.
- Form labels: every input has a programmatically associated label.
- Resizable text: the site scales cleanly to 200% zoom without loss of content.
-
Motion: users with
prefers-reduced-motionset in their OS see static UI (no marquee, no auto-play).
How we test
- Automated audits with axe DevTools and Lighthouse on every release.
- Manual screen-reader testing on key flows: home → product → cart → checkout.
- Quarterly external audit by Deque Systems (next: Q3 2026).
- Real-user feedback via the contact channels listed below.
Known limitations
We are honest about what is not yet perfect:
- The color-swatch picker on product pages uses ARIA roles correctly but the focus ring on Stone (warm beige) is lower contrast than we'd like. We're improving this in the next release.
- Some marketing PDFs (warranty cards, manuals) are not yet fully tagged. Let us know if you need an accessible version — we email it within 1 business day.
- Live chat (Gorgias) is keyboard-accessible but its color contrast in dark mode does not meet AA. We use the light theme by default.
