Log every failure: leak, vibration, off-spec temperature, broken seal, smell, noise. Time every cycle. Weigh every output.

Step 4 — One makes the cut

The survivor gets a Ceenor label. The rest go to local donation or — in 7 cases — straight to the dumpster.
