Eligibility
You can return any Ceenor product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be:
- In its original packaging (we re-sell tested returns at a discount, so packaging matters)
- With all included accessories (drain hose, filter, manual, charging cable)
- In sellable condition — light use is fine, damage from misuse is not
How to start a return
- Email returns@ceenor.com with your order number and a one-line reason. No long explanations needed.
- Or call 1-888-555-0142, Mon–Fri 9 AM – 6 PM CST. Average wait: under 4 minutes.
- We email a prepaid USPS return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any USPS location. Tracking included.
Costs
- Defective on arrival or within warranty: Free. We pay return shipping and replace or refund within 3 business days of receiving the unit.
- Buyer's remorse: Free return label, but $15 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping (matches what we pay USPS — not a markup).
- Bundle returns: Refund the bundle savings only if you keep the remaining items, or full refund if you return the entire bundle.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return at our Dallas warehouse:
- Inspection takes 1 business day.
- Refund issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days after inspection.
- Card issuers typically post the refund in 3–5 business days. Klarna and Afterpay refunds appear in your account immediately.
Exchanges
Easiest path: place a new order for the color/product you want, and return the original for a refund. This is faster than waiting for a swap because we ship within 24 hours.
Damaged in shipping
Photograph the box and the item before unboxing further. Email returns@ceenor.com with the photos within 7 days of delivery — we file the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately, no need to wait.
What we can't accept
- Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery (warranty claims for defects continue for 1 year — see Warranty below)
- Items damaged from misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications
- Used filters or consumable parts ordered separately
- Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
Warranty (separate from returns)
If your unit fails due to a manufacturing defect within 1 year of delivery, we replace it free of charge. Email support@ceenor.com with your order number, a description, and a short video if possible. Replacement ships within 2 business days.
