1. Who we are

Ceenor Inc. is a Delaware corporation registered at 2150 N Stemmons Fwy Ste 300, Dallas, TX 75207. EIN on file with the State of Texas. We design and sell compact home appliances tested in real apartments and shipped from our Dallas warehouse.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order. By checking out, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars and exclude state sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping ZIP code.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Afterpay.
  • Your order is confirmed only after payment authorization. If we cannot fulfill an order (out of stock, suspected fraud), we will refund you in full within 3 business days.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders for any reason, or correct pricing errors. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

4. Shipping

Detailed in our Shipping Policy. Summary: free ground shipping on US orders $50+, 24-hour ship-out from Dallas, 2–4 business days to most US ZIP codes.

5. Returns and refunds

Detailed in our Return Policy. Summary: 30-day cash refund from delivery date, defective items replaced free, return shipping label provided for defects (otherwise ~$15 deducted from refund).

6. Warranty

All Ceenor products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery date. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear of consumable parts (filters). To make a warranty claim, email support@ceenor.com with your order number and a short description.

7. Product information

We work hard to make product images, specifications, and copy accurate. Color displays vary by screen — small variation between what you see online and the physical product is normal and not grounds for return outside the standard 30-day window. If a product specification is materially wrong (e.g. wrong voltage), we will refund or replace.

8. Intellectual property

All content on ceenor.com — text, images, logos, product designs, code — is owned by Ceenor Inc. or licensed to us. You may share product links and personal-use photos. Commercial reuse, scraping, or republishing requires written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to:

  • Resell our products commercially without a written wholesale agreement.
  • Scrape data, run automated bots, or attempt to disrupt service.
  • Submit false reviews or misrepresent yourself.
  • Violate any US, state, or local law.

10. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, photo, or message: you grant Ceenor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing channels. You confirm the content is your own and does not violate anyone's rights. We may edit for length or clarity, or remove content that is abusive, fake, or off-topic.

11. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is." We make every reasonable effort to ensure quality but disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by your state's consumer protection law. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or rights that cannot be waived under your state's law (including in California, New York, Texas, and Florida).

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceenor's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price you paid for the product, plus shipping. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data) except where expressly required by law.

13. Disputes

Most issues are resolved within minutes by emailing support@ceenor.com. If a dispute requires legal action, it will be governed by Texas law and resolved in Dallas County courts. You may also bring claims in your home state's small-claims court if eligible. Nothing here affects your rights under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced 14 days in advance via email to subscribers. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
